Shawn and Paul are great at explaining what should be done and what has to be done. Shawn found my car was burning excess oil, checked the maker's memos, and explained the situation. He regularly tracks the oil level for us and even offered to top off the oil for free! We once found a nail in my tire and the guys at Tune Craft directed me to a place that would repair my tire for free. We always take our cars here for routine maintenance and feel comfortable leaving our cars in such capable hands. These guys aren't in business to rip you off--just offer plain good service.
